Dans le cadre du développement de produits électroniques, le concepteur électronique participe au développement des concepts et des solutions pour les besoins de nos clients afin de générer de la croissance pour l’entreprise:

Conception de cartes électroniques (Hardware ), Spécification de pièces achetées (Vérins, câbles, claviers, boîtier de contrôle, télécommandes.)

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

Responsabilités générales :

  • Adhérer aux politiques environnementales, qualité et sécurité de l’entreprise ainsi qu’à la charte d’intégrité
  • Respecter la vision, de la mission et des valeurs de l’entreprise
  • Intégrer des critères de performance énergétiques et d’écoconception dans les différents projets.

  • Responsabilités techniques :
    • Exécuter de manière propre, attendue ou établie
    • Être capable d’accomplir des activités avec des performances solides à travers un plan ou un programme.
    • Apporter un support technique
    • Appliquer ses compétences techniques dans toutes les situations.
    • Mener des investigations techniques construites et rationnelles afin d’identifier les causes profondes d’une problématique.

  • Responsabilités spécifiques :

Délivrables

  • Participer au Design de l’architecture du système électrique du lit
  • Evaluer la faisabilité
  • Développer des solutions en interne, en collaboration avec d’autres sites Hillrom/baxter ou avec un bureau d’étude externe. Les partenaires potentiels sont internationaux.
  • Maitriser les outils de développement Hardware (MENTOR) et Software (KEIL).
  • Challenger les solutions techniques proposées
  • S’assurer de l’optimisation du design pour le process de fabrication
  • Rédiger la documentation produit (HRS, HDD, SDD, TDR, TSR) et des spécifications
  • Valider le design (Test et mesure)
  • Participer aux analyses de risques et des AMDEC produits
  • Supporter les objectifs de coût, de qualité et de délai pour les projets de développement produit
  • Participer à l’approvisionnement/réception des différentes pièces
  • Participer au montage des systèmes électroniques tout au long du process de développement produit (Prototypes, Engineering model, Design Verification Model puis pré-série (Pilot))
  • Définir et maintenir les nomenclatures dans notre système de gestion produit.

Process

  • Interagir et coordonner les actions avec les groupes de support (Achat, production, qualité, réglementaire, marketing, laboratoire de tests, prototypes…)
  • Assurer une qualité de communication avec les intervenants extérieurs, fournisseurs et clients
  • S’engager personnellement dans la qualité et la valeur des solutions développées
  • Respecter toutes les procédures Hillrom/Baxter applicables
  • Maitriser l’environnement réglementaire propre aux produits développés

EXPÉRIENCE ET FORMATION :

  • Diplôme : Ingénieur
  • 3 ans d’expérience minimum
  • Formation : électronique/électrotechnique/Logiciel
  • Bilingue anglais.
  • Expérience idéalement dans le design de cartes électroniques (Hardware embarqué)
