LE JOB

Leader, superviser, coacher et coordonner une équipe de collaborateurs/trices pour atteindre ensemble les objectifs du/des départements dont il/elle a la responsabilité. Et ce, en fournissant des produits de qualité aux meilleurs coûts, dans un environnement serein et de sécurité.

Il/elle est responsable, à son niveau, du suivi et de l’exécution de la politique de la société en matière de bien-être et sécurité des travailleurs.

TACHES GENERALES

Taches communes :

  • Collabore avec ses collègues (dans son équipe, entre équipes et avec les services support)

  • Réalise les tests selon le planning défini par sa ligne hiérarchique

  • Réalise le comptage des boites après incubation

  • Introduit les données/résultats dans les différents systèmes/ fichiers informatisés dédicacés

  • Participe au tier de son équipe

  • Assure le suivi des consommables pour éviter toute rupture de stock

  • Utilise correctement les équipements mis à disposition et s’assure qu’ils sont en bon état de fonctionnement en fin de pause

  • Initie toute investigation suite aux hors limite et complète la partie relative au laboratoire

  • Participe au processus d’investigation en cas de hors limite.

  • Respecte les délais d'analyse et de libération.

  • Sensibiliser et éduquer le personnel de production au respect des GMP.

  • Participe aux tâches d’entretien du matériel de laboratoire et du laboratoire en lui même

  • Améliore et maintenir la philosophie 6S au laboratoire.

  • Applique et respecte les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.

  • Communique toute anomalie relative à la sécurité et à l’hygiène.

  • Participe activement à l’amélioration de l’environnement de travail (outils QLP, EHS).

  • Assure le suivi de sa propre certification.

Filtration :

  • Assurer que le plan d’échantillonnage est respecté selon les procédures et spécifications établies

  • Réaliser les tests de recherche de germes totaux et de germes sporulant sur les produits finis, semi finis et sur les matières premières, par la technique de filtration

  • Réalise les tests bioburden sur les différents types d’eau

  • Réalise les tests bioburden suite aux divers systèmes critiques

  • Réalise les tests bioburden suite aux différents protocoles de validation

  • Assurer la transmission d’informations importantes (mises en hold, résultats impactant le release, urgences) vers son team leader respectif.

Stérilité :

  • Assurer que le plan d’échantillonnage est respecté selon les procédures et spécifications établies

  • Réaliser les tests de recherche de stérilité sur les produits finis stérilisés.

  • Réalise les tests de qualification de routine mais aussi ceux liés aux divers protocoles de validation

  • Maintient sa validation d’habillage à jour.

  • Assurer la lecture des résultats, l’encodage des données dans les fichiers d’encodage et dans les systèmes informatisés (EBR, BaxLims,…).

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous êtes bachelier en Biochimie/Biotechnologie/microbiologie

  • Vous disposez de 0 à 3 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire.

  • Vous avez un niveau de français et d’anglais courant.
