What you'll be doing

  • Manage and monitor Quality Systems KPIs, Annual Product Quality Review, Quality Performance Monitoring and Quality Plans.
  • Report and maintain record for site metrics and key performance indicators based on current program.
  • Performs changes to procedures applicable to areas of responsibilities.
  • Review the applicable local procedures, specifications and/or corporate procedures change requests assure that the company follows all internal and external regulations.
  • Fill out, file, and control all related documentation for areas of responsibilities assuring the compliance with all standards and company retention requirements.
  • Assist management during internal and external audits.
  • Prepared, performs, and presents (when requested) all reports required to site indicators program results in the Quality Indicators and Management Review meetings.
  • Support Global and Divisional Procedures, SOP’s & Specifications changes requests activities assuring that the company follows the applicable internal and external regulations. Support the assign of identification number to the SOP's change requests and fill out the report to our Plant as requested.
  • Support Control form system.
  • Follow up to open documents and/or any actions.
  • Manage and use applicable Software Applications.
  • Must follow Baxter confidential security procedure.
  • Should be able to communicate at all Plant levels, participate and organize (as require) meetings with plant groups, and other Baxter facilities if required.
  • Should be able to work with other tasks, as required such as: Prepare APQR report, Perform presentation and reports, FDA audits and trainings.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Secretarial Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Social Sciences, six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
