Your role at Baxter

The individual holding this position must align with general instructions and enforce to procedures and policies to stay in sync with SOX requirements. Will also require personal accountability for results and integrity, proactivity, uncompromised dedication to quality, organization, plus analytical and customer Service skills. The base contacts are suppliers, BAS employees, PSM groups, Treasury departments, A/R, among others.

What you'll be doing

• We align with SOX requirements and current SLAs and production requirements

• We ensure all data entry is 100% accurate

• We perform data entry and maintenance for UCAN and LATAM countries vendors, customers and employees, including in JDE 8.12 and C3ME, using different tools like SharePoint, Baxter Supplier Management tool (BSM, iInteract (for Healthcare Professionals vendors), BIP Publisher, DocView, Insight, etc.

• We provide support in projects and Special Services activities and/or assistance to other Department teammates.

• We prepare routine correspondence and reports when required

• We provide audit support: walkthrough, backup documentation, auditor support, narratives/policies/controls/SOP creation, maintenance and revision.

• P2P Special Services Projects and Improvement In Execution efforts: Implementations or process transitions; Database cleansing process; Deactivation process; Master Data standard methodologies

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or related areas required

• Minimum of 2 years of vendor master experience

• English B2 or higher required

• Critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork skills

• Experience with JDE 8.12, SAP, Coupa, PEGA and share point tools is a plus

• Portuguese language is desirable
