What you will be doing

Participate in local talent planning, which includes implementing training and development plans for the entire function and supporting talent management, including support for the leadership assessment process.
Support the department in the implementation of Human Resources plans and programs.
Work independently to assertively resolve HR-related issues.
Collaborate in the development and improvement of HR systems and processes.
Appropriately escalate any HR-related situation or issue.
Promote a culture of compliance with standards and business practices within the organization.
Collaborate in implementing staff development strategies and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Identify areas of opportunity within established processes for the development of new initiatives.
Strengthen the region's strategic plans to meet internal customer requirements.
Human Resources operations.
Identify leadership needs within the organization.
Collaborate with the onboarding process for new employees.
Follow up on employee training for their development.
Follow up on business events and functions.
Ensure compliance with the procedures and policies that govern the organization

What you will Bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor's degree required.
1-3 years of human resource professional experience working with in a large global company
Prior experience running internal communication processes, and planning meetings, training and employee events a plus.
Workday experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
