Attività
- Gestione reclami
- Gestione non conformità e azioni correttive/preventive legate ai reclami
- Gestione reportistica periodica (mensile e trimestrale)
- Gestione Process Risk Analysis (pFMEA) in termini di stesura, mantenimento e aggiornamento
- Partecipazione ai Tier di reparto prodotto finito e sacche vuote e gestione feedback qualità per problematiche emerse dai tier di reparto
- Monitoraggio azioni definite per risolvere problemi legati ai reclami
- Esecuzione GEMBA nei reparti produttivi e in tutte le aree di stabilimento per verificare la conformità alle norme applicabili
Requisiti
- Laurea (Ingegneria, Farmacia, Biologia o affini)
- Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di team building
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Conoscenza di nozioni base di statistica
