
Supply Chain Specialist (Fulfillment)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory and inventory levels
- Responsible for customer support and post-sales service
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate with the inventory distributor team to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to address order-related issues and ensure a smooth order fulfillment process
- Handles the ordering process and related processes i.e. loan, goods exchange, consignment stock (AJ order), goods return and sample delivery request and ensure that all related document are approved by authorized person before submitting to the distributor
- Regular review the master data to align between distributor and company record i.e. customer, price, item code to be created the missing data for simplifying the ordering process
- Manage the delivery problem with distributor to provide the appropriate solution for customers effectively
- Coordinate with commercial team on problem solving of distributor’s issue with Customer support
- Provide weekly report such as consignment report, RCN report, AJ report i.e. to commercial team in order to follow up actions with sales representative.
- Ensure that all the order and delivery requests have been approved by authorized person according to the authorization matrix
- Coordinate with commercial team for stock count process of consignment stock to complete the counting process and make the right record for stock reconciliation process and action according to the agreed schedule
- Monitor the stock holding which is commercial related i.e. reserved stock, deposit stock etc. and coordinate with the relevant parties to release for sales
- Manage delivery of machine to hospital via the approved transporter at the optimum cost
- Manage the assigned project for the area/process improvement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Business, Logistics or any other related fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fulfillment supply chain management
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, multiple tasks management
- Pleasant personality, good attitude and service minded
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
