Summary

The role involves inspecting, installing, servicing, and maintaining products in the workshop and warehouse. It is also obliged to fulfill all Quality, EMS and H&S procedures.

What will you be doing?

• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and servicing products,

• Establishing & maintaining communication & partnership with team members,

• Ensuring all activities are performed following available instructions and information, within the Quality system framework,

• Reporting all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system,

• Ensuring observance of Quality and EHS requirements for handling medical instruments in the Błonie workshop, eg. decontamination, electrical safety, electrostatic discharge (ESD), labeling, etc.,

• Ensuring execution of tasks defined by Workshop management and maintain appropriate reporting according to existing systems,

• In case of absence of the workshop technician, the responsibilities are backed up by other workshop Technicians shared daily.

Skills and experience we are looking for

• Preferably a technical degree or equivalent experience in medical instrumentations or electromechanical, electronics, mechatronics; experience in service field will be an advantage,

• Proficient in Polish, good command of English and knowledge of MS Office is required,

• Active customer-centric teammate dedicated to delivering high-quality service,

• Able to be onsite in Błonie workshop 5 days per week.
