Safety:

1. Compliance to SOP’s and practicing utmost safety standards to ensure Industrial safety.

2. Implementing safety initiatives in all areas of engineering and monitoring the results.

Equipment Maintenance:·

1. To ensure the Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Production equipment's like Ampoule Filling Equipment's, Vial

Filling Equipment's, Sterilizer, Autoclave, Manufacturing and Holding Vessels etc. as per Preventive

Maintenance Planner and should have exposure with computerized maintenance management system.

2. To carryout Breakdown Maintenance (BM) work in the Production equipment's.

3. Person should have hands-on experience of preventive and breakdown maintenance of Packaging equipments.

4. Person should have operation and maintenance exposure in Clean Water System equipments like WFI

Generation & Distribution System, Pure Steam Generation System etc.

5. Hands on experience on HVAC, EMS/BMS will be an added advantage.

Equipment Operation:

1. Person should have hands-on experience of operation of Water System Equipments system.

2. Person should have hands-on experience of work with different make VFD, HMI and PLC.

3. Enough Technical knowledge required on different critical production equipment's used in injectable facility.

4. Technically well versed on different critical production equipment's used in injectable facility.

5. Person should have knowledge of clean room maintenance practice.

6. Person should have knowledge on different types of atomization.

Others:

1. To maintain working area as per 6S standards.

2. Person should have hands-on work experience of Energy conservation techniques.

3. Able to take care of any additional activity given by superior as & when required.

4. Person should have key behavior attributes like problem solving skill, technical sharpness etc.

Education & Qualification:

ITI- Fitter /Electrical

3-6years of experience
