The Role

We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Reporting Analyst within our Commercial Excellence team at Baxter ANZ. In this role, you will work as a trusted partner to the commercial business, responsible for leading, maintaining and improving the commercial reporting and data analytics function to support business outcomes.
Working with the Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence, you will work on leading the commercial sales incentive design and reporting process end-to-end in collaboration with multi-functional commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions to support customers as well as the company's commercial objectives
Lead the commercial sales incentive design and reporting process end-to-end in collaboration with cross-functional commercial teams
Maintain the company's master data and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Analyse opportunities to simplify, optimise and automate reporting structures and dashboards to provide insights and support for more effective decision-making
Train and support end-users on reporting and analytics tools and techniques
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial reporting and business intelligence.
Key Requirements of the role include:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial reporting and business analytics in a multinational sales organisation
Solid experience in data warehousing, reporting, analytics tools, and visualisation technologies, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos and JDE
Demonstrable experience of building sales incentive schemes
Proficient in data modelling and data visualisation techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex reporting and analytics requirements across multiple systems.
