Job Description
●The Medical Writer will work in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment that fosters collaboration, scientific excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement. ●The Medical Writer will be accountable for the timely development of clinical documents for submission to worldwide regulatory authorities, e.g. clinical study reports and investigator brochures, ensuring compliance of these documents with international requirements. ●The Medical Writer will manage the process of study team reviews, reconciliation of comments, and document finalization/approval, as well as participate in the review of statistical plans and reports. ●The Medical Writer will develop manuscripts and abstracts on clinical studies, collaborating with both internal and external authors. ●The Medical Writer will also contribute to the preparation of study protocols, working closely with the therapeutic area specialists.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Preferred candidates will have experience in preparing the clinical components of regulatory submissions, a working knowledge of international regulatory agency requirements, and expertise in the analytical evaluation of scientific data with an aptitude for summarizing complex information. Candidates will also have exceptional writing and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative teamwork track record. An advanced scientific degree with at least 2-3 years of scientific/medical writing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant direct experience in medical writing is required. A working knowledge of current electronic document management systems and information technology is also beneficial.
