Responsible for the business result of the assigned product portfolios and / or sales area. Product Executive/Key Account Manger manages the tactical/operational daily activities and continuously build relationship with key decision makers in hospitals to influence decision processes to facilitate the hospital business.  Drives implementation of marketing strategies to ensure attainment of sales objectives.  
  • Under the supervision of sales management, responsible in achieving sales quotas through implementation of account planning and execution
  • Smooth implementation of all marketing activates as per plan
  • Provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations to customers
  • Monitors sales against forecasts and provides feedback to Sales Manager in the determination of market potential for the territory.
  • Works closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes.
  • Promotes the Baxter Culture through positive, ongoing relationships and activities with KOLs, Nurses etc.  
  • Support sales service (Product in-service, PCN tracking and analysis, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related healthcare sales experience
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must have good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs.
  • Demonstrates product, account and clinical knowledge.
  • Motivated, independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
