Drives an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the Best Place to Work culture and behaviors.
Implements measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs.
Provides coaching and consultation on employee relations issues.
Proactively communicates HR policies, programs and employee information
Leads change management efforts in partnership with the Sr HR Manager
Supervises and mentors HR team members.
Working knowledge of Federal and State laws affecting the employment relationship.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum requirement 5 years HR experience, 2 in generalist role
- Strong leadership and influence skills, and the ability to drive change.
- Strong project management skills and results orientation.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices and policies.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and HRIS applications.
Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends
Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required
Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
