  • To help coordinate and manage the therapy cost process
  • To support implementation of new contracts including Homecare pricing maintenance
  • To review contracts ensuring compliance
  • To provide system support as an expert user
  • To develop and support an Access database for Customer Services
  • To provide monthly KPI's as requested
  • To log and process complaints
  • To develop and support an Access database for Baxter Travel
       To support Customer Services Siebel / JDE

Qualifications

Minimum of two years experience

Microsoft including Advanced Excel :  Advanced Access Skills : Sequel : Visual Basics

Customer Services Experience:

Cognos / JDE / Siebel
