Description

  • Entering Complaint data information in our Complaint Management System;
  • Further process of the complaints in the Complaint Management System
  • Update complaint information through our complaint management system if applicable;
  • Work with Plant/Technical Service to coordinate complaint investigations if applicable;
  • Maintain compliance to regulations and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate safety issues to management;

Qualifications

  • ‘O’ –Level English Certificate or good understanding of English (verbally and written)
  • European Computer Driving License basic (ECDL) or basic computer knowledge
  • School leaving certificate
  • mature' individuals who may not have the requested qualifications will be considered based on relevant experience
