SUMMARY

 
  • To perform proof checks, archiving, signature and dating of documentation related to the receiving and returns.
  • To communicate direct with internal and external customers and employees.
  • Conform to all Baxter policies regarding EHS, Quality, Validation, and G.W.P
  • Attend regular communication / awareness sessions, either given by your line manager or via other presentations.
  • In order to complete these tasks training will be provided in any (or all) of the areas / tasks listed below.
  • If any specific courses are required to complete a task, full training will be provided
  • Flexibility on working additional Ad-Hoc hours as and when required
 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 
 
Receiving and Returns
 
  • Receive and validate All Purchase Orders and shipments (Documentation)
  • Query discrepancies with warehouse supervisor on physical received stock against PO’s and Systems.
  • Report all discrepancies between PO’s and shipments to, Demand Management, Inventory Management and suppliers within 72 Hours of receipt.
  • Archive and maintain the archiving index of all documentation for receiving and returns for a history of five years
  • File and record all discrepancies reported that were successfully credited.
  • Assist with corrective action for any discrepancies.
