Maintenance Planner - 1st shift

Our commitment to our mission means we are there when patients and healthcare professionals need us, during the critical moments that matter most.1) Performs preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment on a regular basis. 2) Responsible for repairing building components, utility systems and mechanical and electrical equipment. 3) Must be familiar with plant SOPs and Corporate specifications governing the operation of boiler room equipment, critical systems and local GMP practices. 4) Will provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of building systems, equipment and equipment components which includes but not limited to : heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment; distillation units; boilers; compressors; pumps, piping, and plumbing components; facility equipment. 5) Requires some familiarity with generally accepted building, plumbing, piping, electrical, and fire protection practices and codes. 6) Must follow safety rules and ensure compliance with state and federal EPA regulation and laws. 7) Attends required training, meetings, and QWTs.
Create, plan, and administer work orders. Possess skills in organizing, overseeing and successfully monitoring projects.
1) As specified in the Duties and Responsibilities section. 2) High School Diploma is required 3) 3 - 5 years of mechanical systems repair is desired.
