Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper on-boarding of new employees including organizing and running orientation sessions
  • Support implementation of various Talent and Development programs
  • Coordinate preparation and execution of performance management process and employee engagement surveys
  • Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, policies and questions
  • Administer employee benefits and EHS programs
  • Oversee electronic HR business systems, ensure managers are fully trained and have a working knowledge of HR Systems
  • Work with HR colleagues regionally across various functions including Talent & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits to support key HR initiatives
  • Payroll data collection and cooperation with payroll provider in payroll list preparation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist/ HR Specialist role in a multinational company
  • Good knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Good knowledge of HR systems (experience with Workday preferred)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive, creative and engaged professional
  • Focus on delivering high-quality service and problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize, efficiently manage day to day activities and work independently on projects
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills
