Coordinate the production of finished goods for a complex product line while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements. Generate and Maintains a Master Production Plan. Daily Scheduling and Work Order creation. BOM Maintenance, Finished Goods Movement. Schedule Adherence. Sales and Operating Plan. Service Level Measurements.
Independently develop schedules for complex product lines using system tools.
Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead-time of each operation to meet shipping date according to sales forecast and customer orders.
Plans and scheduled workflow specific manufacturing line and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequence and lead times.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Analyze capacity required and manage product conversions and new product introductions independently.
Partner with marketing Forecaster to develop, monitor and change forecasts.
Determine finished goods inventory levels using FGRP analysis.
Establish service and inventory targets to meet business objectives.
Assist in the management of global distribution, while taking ownership of the global supply chain.
Primary liaison between marketing, finance, business forecast, engineering, plants, customer service, BEC, etc. Work on projects assigned by senior management.
Reconcile and maintain code level inventory to meet business needs.
Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems (JDE, OPPI).
Develop and communicate long term operating plans to reflect overall plant/product line sales, production and inventory.
Identify, measure and analyze potential opportunities within the supply chain.
Identify and resolve excess, slow move and obsolete inventory issues.
Prepares shipping orders for finished goods movement from plant to Released warehouses.
BOM Maintenance in PRMS
BS in Operations/Logistics or similar degree and/or 5 - 7 years related experience. APICS certification preferred.
Ability to operate in the complex, international matrixed environment.

Current US Customs knowledge
Computer skills and systems knowledge required
