What You’ll Be Doing

It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
  • Plans, directs, and controls the sales, business activities and account management for team through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategies to attain sales target, product mix and profit target.
  • Responsible for achieving team & personal sales quotas through the direct sale and account management of the company's products or services. Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
  • Prepares annual team forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential and in preparation of sales expense estimates for the team.
  • Contacts major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction within assigned team. And works closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Calls on prospective customers, masters’ technical/clinical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
  • Direct staffing if delegated to supervising, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales, clinical & educational Team program and have responsibility performance review to branch team members.
  • Manage team’s MKT expense, social courtesies, employee amenity and other Br. expense
  • Confers with immediate superior and marketing personnel in the development of marketing policy.
  • Assists sales support, marketing in activities such as sales promotion, training or market research in planning and executing special projects.
  • Promotes the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing customer relations.
  • Provides feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance profitability of sales line.
  • Proactively initiate actions to maximize available resources to generate the highest ROI
  • Identifies development needs, incorporating development plans and PMO goals
  • Accurately assesses and implements budget plans/forecast
  • Develops and leverages professional relationships with key opinion leaders & key customer groups
  • Leads team members within tools & resources to be provided E&C guidance on the company’s policies and procedures for financial interactions with healthcare professionals, government officials and medical institutions
  • Continue to record /coach /monitor call reporting and leads team KPI development through CRM (salesforce.com)
  • Monitor and manage wholesaler/distributor with financial indicators (ASP, Credit limit, Collateral, Overdue AR) based on company SOP and leads team to implement appropriate action plans
  • Analyzes / evaluates monthly sales performance indicators such as new, D/O patient, HD/CRRT net monitors with team members

Bachelor's degree with a 7+ years of successful, relevant healthcare & pharmaceutical sales experience.

Advanced degree a plus.

Excellent English

Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.

Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.

Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel. Must have good organization and time management skills.

Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs.

Demonstrates business acumen and strong knowledge of sales processes.

Demonstrates leadership and strong decision-making skills.
