What You’ll Be Doing
It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
Perform and handling the QA activities (QMS) for General office and Technical Service Center, include but not limited to: Product Release, Product Return/ inspection, Product Recall and managing Relabeling for all products, 3rd party warehouse management, FCA, COI (certificate of implementation), NCR/ CAPA, change control to ensure the compliance of GMP, GDP standard, Baxter corporate requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
Lead in infrastructure project planning, execution, monitoring, and communication
Cooperating with global/regional project team in rollout project support
Ensure all project implementation on time, on budget, and on quality
Compliance/policy management in server room and Infrastructure scopes in appropriate industry best practices
Responsible for infrastructure operation in AD, Printer/file server, VM, network support, security, Cisco IP phone, and hardware maintenance
Plan/execution for disaster recovery and other backup contingencies
Create procedural and system document
AWS cloud management
New solution assessment and proposal
Ensure security policies implemented in all IT environment
Identify and execute process improvement
Conduct internal audit
IT helpdesk service
Maintain helpdesk operation and incident resolution including infrastructure and application
Global/regional support team liaison for issue fixing
Managing external service vendor for overall adherence of defined SLA and KPIs
End user training
CMDB/Assets database management
Track and keep all license/leasing contract up to date
Device requirement planning, procurement
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information System
7+ years working experience mainly for infrastructure service
Project management experience in mid-size (>10 resource) project
