Description

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform. Develop the technical architecture, custom solution and system design based on force.com platform
• Lead technical design sessions; document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives and follow architectural guidance
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
• Understand the current Baxter organization and system landscape
• Review Functional Requirement Specification document
• Participate in design validation and identify any gaps
• Identify and understand the design changes and dependencies
• Assess and recommend technical best practices
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience
• Understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite focused on Salesforce 1, Service Cloud, Lightning and Communities
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce.com point-and-click developer interface
• Experience of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex
• Understanding of the Salesforce Communities data security model
• Experience in building Salesforce Communities using Community Builder and Force.com sites
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Working Experience in creating Lightning components and building Custom Lightning UI.
• Ability to guide the client team to pick the right development toolset for communities with an understanding of clients requirements
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Active Salesforce.com certified developer and/or admin as a minimum
