The Role
This position will be part of the Finance Department within the eSSC Reporting to the Fixed Assets Supervisor. The purpose of the role is to provide guidance and resolve issues related to the day to day activities performed by the Third-Party Delivery provider, ensuring an efficient and effective service at all times.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities processed by the Service Delivery partner.
  • Collaborates with SDP and Local Teams to ensure escalations and outstanding issues are addressed and managed effectively.
  • Support the RPO and FA Operations Supervisor with the on boarding of our service delivery partner.
  • Delivers training on Fixed Assets to all levels of users in the organization as required. 
  • Ensure month-end, quarter end & year end close tasks are performed in given deadlines.
  • Review of Fixed Asset accounts reconciliation according to US GAAP and local statutory rules.
  • Be familiar with relevant corporate policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the A2R Global Process Owner and SDP RPO in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting environment
  • Proficiency in general accounting and double-entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. Oracle-JDE) and Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A capacity for hard work, with high commitment and a “self-starter” approach.
  • Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem -solving skills 
  • Fluency in English.  
  • Desirable: 
  • Fluency in a 2nd European language.
