  • Responsible for end to end supply chain planning and deployment of the products with VOP around of   200 MUSD/annum
  • Responsible for procurement of RM of around 60-80M$/annum. Managing the inventory levels of FG, RM and WIP.
  • Managing company cash-flow/inventory value of around 40-50M$/month
  • Leading and developing the teams of 5-10 employees including Manager
  • Supply Chain Planning: in-depth understanding of how to manage inventory levels based on Re-Order Point/Lead Time/safety stock/Service Level
 Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for products repository signal, assuring the fulfilment targets (product availability)
  • Manufacturing: in-depth understanding of manufacturing process in terms of setup, line optimization, change-overs, OEE
  • Driving the OPlan process monthly to communicate to Manufacturing current Demand and Forecast from Sales organization and translate into the production plan.
  • Planning: Set and agree short and long term operational to achieve desired inventory levels and achieve Service level goals.
  • Support the SI&OP process by delivering current production vs sales status
  • Managing conflicting interest of the Sales and Manufacturing organizations: Manage and communicate with sales team any restrictions in availability.
  • Management of the Global Supply Chain complexity. Different requirements per Region per country on the law and Regulatory Affairs. Driving and supporting business cases to optimize Supply Chain and assuring smooth transition for customers (sales organization)
  • Responsible for initiating business cases driving optimization for the Company.
  • Responsible for capacity planning for global products: leading the OPlan process, Forecast and Budget to assure operational and financial targets are met
  • Drive new product launch & conversions for the portfolio where applicable
  • Review monthly and manage actively the inventory levels to achieve the target reduction YoY.
  • Drive and be accountable for inventory reduction Projects and SC lead-times improvements
  • Manage the constraint SC value streams and manage and communicate with sales team any restrictions in availability.
  • Responsible for setting up and implementing system parameters for planning, replenishment points and inventories


Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in technical or economic field
  • Very good knowledge and proven experience with planning tools
  • Proven experience with ERP/MRP tools (SAP/JDE)
  • Proven track record of SC Planning and Deployment Processes
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Inventory management and logistics (INCOTERMS)
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excellent knowledge of the Excel)
  • Strong communication skills across all layers of the organisation & ability to develop business relations with other functional & regional peers/leaders in the world.

  • Fluency both in English and Italian
