Description
Compensation & Benefits Specialist EMEA will provide support for the assessment, design and implementation of compensation and incentive programs and policies. Will be responsible for providing analytical support required for the administration of compensation plans and programs and day to day support to the HR Operations group.
 
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Implement use of process analysis and documentation methodologies, tools and standards
  • Collect data, analyze compensation and incentive programs and policies
  • Participate in implementation activities. includes base pay programs, incentives, etc.
  • Determine level, grades, market ranges, bonus and equity targets. 
  • Research and resolve issues/inquiries related to the plans, processes and tools involved in compensation
  • Analyze market data to price jobs (including incentives and equities), conduct impact analysis, and develop recommendations/action plans
  • Support Annual Compensation Review process, pay and step structure, location differentials and other processes as necessary
  • Proactively monitor and make recommendations based on knowledge of industry standards, competitive landscape, benchmarking data, service methodologies and models
  • Provides day to day operational support to existing processes at the direction of HR leaders

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR or related business discipline
  • Previous HR, Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Understanding of HR operating environment, including policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience with relevant analytical tools (strong focus on spreadsheet applications)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel, advanced level)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exposure to global HR operating environment a plus
  • Consulting and project management skills
  • Technology acumen
