This new permanent position gives to the global support an important support completion to the Renal Product Platform, an interfacing function and a customer facing role.
Product platform will be primary the acute unit, Prismax, that is in a launch phase, and Prismaflex  in order to guarantee continuous support of this existing model, but also the chronic unit for all the existing products, artis and AK platform.
System Support provides global support to the sales force in terms of clinical and user support and clinical training. Application Specialist, Clinical Trainer, Product Specialist must be trained, otherwise they are not authorized to use the equipment and consequently no treatment could be delivered. This need must be covered both at Global and Regional level in cooperation with global marketing and when needed.
Role Responsibilities
  • Provides support to Global Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Specialists and Area Managers in terms of products performance and handling, as well as other disposables and accessories connected to the products;
  • Provides information, i.e. Product Information Letter development support, Post monitoring call;
  • User Trainings, to Sales & Product Specialist;
  • Provides information, i.e. participation in new product development project and in product care activities being the voice of the customer, to R&D, QA/QS, RA, Manufacturing and others System Support functions on the usage of our products;
  • Support function for R&D, Quality for complaint investigations and root cause analysis;
  • A certain amount (~10-15%) of international travelling to support our colleagues in the field including hands-on training and problem solving on site can be expected in this position;
  • EMS has been introduced within System Support and this activity has become an essential part of our way of working;


Skills and Experience
  • High School diploma; University Degree is a plus;
  • Knowledge of dialysis process and acute therapies is an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable in medical technology, regulatory requirements, renal products and components;
  • Good people skills and high degree of operational skills;
  • Problem solving and team working skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience from a similar job with a customer support oriented focus;
  • Accuracy and professionalism are keywords;
  • Good computer skills are required (Word, PPT, Excel);
  • Language: Italian and English fluently and due to many international connections, any extra language skills are beneficial.
