The role of the Dispatch/Re-Issues Operative is to complete the Re-issue process for the Christie NHS Trust and to ensure that finished goods are packed and sent out in accordance with customer requirements. As a member of the Customer Services team this role plays a vital part to ensuring customers receive their products in the required timeframes.
Accepting and processing returns
Identifying and matching up re-issues
Demonstrating a high level of accuracy
Ensuring products and packed and ready for collection in time
Ensure all packed items meets required specifications
Demonstrate safe working practices at all time
Math’s and English GCSE or equivalent
Previously experience of working in a dispatch or logistics environment preferred
Working within aseptic compounding advantageous
