We are now looking for a Bid & Tender Coordinator. In this role you will manage contracts with our customers on a Nordic level. This includes close contact with our Pricing Manager, Sales and Marketing organization and different, internal and external, stakeholders. You will also act as a project leader in the tender process to ensure that our tenders are of a best in class standard and submitted according to timeline.
Main responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts with customers on a Nordic level
  • Ensure correct pricing in Baxter’s finance system
  • Ensure that contracts are prolonged
  • Generate internal and external reports from Baxter’s finance system
  • Manage Bids
  • Managing the tender submissions process (ongoing administration, updating documents and contracts)
  • Meet external deadlines for submissions of tenders
  • Initiate briefing meetings with franchises prior to submissions and dedicate tasks, evaluation criteria/models to the franchises based on procurement documentations.


Skills and personal qualities:
  • Good understanding of the economic and legal environment in the countries/regions.
  • Excellent administration and process management skills.
  • Flexibility/pragmatism and personal accountability for results.
  • Ability to understand and analyze and distil large amounts of information into understandable concepts and language.
  • Highly collaborative, involves others, respect for others.
  • Great communicator in both Swedish and English language (verbal and written); effectively listening and sharing information with various groups, organizes communication and adjusts to audience.
  • Microsoft office package. Highly skilled with Excel
  • Financial system, JDE is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of LOU
