Quality Engineer II

- Act independently with minimal supervision to conduct smaller
approved projects. Expected to make suggestion on improvements based on recent technical knowledge.
- Able to undertake DHF remediation projects
- Contribute to the planning and execution of components of the
development process, which apply to product revision or enhancement or a defined piece of a larger project.
- Ability to manage routine small projects without assistance.
- Investigate and analyze customer service problems and design improvement suggestions. Recommend design improvements.
Willing to travel if needed 10%
Knowledge of the basic principles in various engineering disciplines
Product Development knowledge, able to work hand in hand with R&D partners to ensure quality is built into products.
working knowledge of 21CFR800.3 for Design controls
Test method Validation
Initial training in concepts of “Six Sigma” quality techniques desired
Must know how to effectively run projects, coordinate with core team members,
Education and Experience
BS in Engineering. 1 - 3 years experience.
