The job as Production Supervisor at Baxter Lund is a great opportunity to develop your professional career. You will be responsible for manufacturing of dialysis machines at the plant in Lund inlcuding the safety of the workers, achieving customer satisfaction, quality objectives and financial commitments through leading process improvements within the area of responsibility.
The area of responsibility includes:
* Participate in development and governance of Monitor operational strategy.
* Management responsibilities for direct reports, ensuring meeting Baxter policies/procedures and applicable laws.
* Ensure delivery of products in time and at right quality according to production plan agreed with Supply Chain and production lines.
* Improve operational efficiency to achieve financial commitments, including implementation and governance of Enterprise Management System.
* Ensure weekly/monthly reporting of targets and related KPI’s.
* Oversee product changes to ensure technical documentation and specification standards are followed. (Design transfer).
* Support to develop and ensure that production is managed in accordance to defined EHS system and participate in internal/external audits.


Skills and personal qualities
* Post-high school degree in engineering/economics or equivalent
* Training in Lean and experience working in an Enterprise Management System
* Minimum 3-4 years’ experience from equivalent business and 2 years proven track record of being an exceptional, hands-on leader, mentor and manager of manufacturing teams.
* Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, governmental regulations, quality systems and to present information to top management and other relevant stakeholders.
* Knowledge concerning management- and EHS systems. 
* Strong team-building skills and a hands-on, “can do” attitude with focus on implementation, result driven and ability to accomplish agreed objectives.
* Strong communication skills and customer focus and a direct, confident style, when dealing with individuals inside and outside the organization.
