Located in our Corporate Headquarters, This team consists of individuals who support and drive our motto, “We’ve Got Your Back”.  We are looking for people like you who can handle the empowerment of decision making, while staying cool in the times of stress.  A typical day will include training, coaching, and developing a team of 10-15 to handle complex member interactions.

1. Achieve measured goals in team productivity, primarily focused on member satisfaction and team efficiencies

2. Manage a daily workload of teaching and coaching through a 75% unscheduled and 25% scheduled model

3. Deliver on monthly performance updates, providing actions plans for production and career development to your team

4. Deliver on monthly team assessments, including call quality and call calibrations

5. Contribution to responsible fiscal management of the department budget

6. Own supervisor level member escalations as needed

7. Maintain awareness of phone coverage, taking calls as necessary

8. Maintain a liaison relationship with a critical internal department

9. Provide Q&A support to staff

10. Participate in BCU trainings, products or committees as assigned

11. Execute performance reviews and development plans with staff

12. Contribute to annual department strategy development and execution

13. Other duties as assigned


• High school diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrated teaching, coaching and staff evaluation skills

• Demonstrated relationship building skills

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve performance goals through teams

• Desire to support or mentor new hire staff

• Demonstrated ability to embrace empowerment of decision making

• Aptitude for solving problems

• Demonstrated ability to think on your feet

• High energy, self-starting and coachable individual

• Demonstrated advanced level verbal, written and active listening skills

• Demonstrated ability to work within regulatory and departmental policies

• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail in fast paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in strategies, tools or tactics

• Desire to form and make business improvement recommendations

• Demonstrated fiscal budget management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office products


• College degree

• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking

• Demonstrated aptitude for online, mobile and desktop technologies

• 3 years of leadership role responsibilities

• SME level knowledge of BCU products and services
