The Production Technician (Band 3) is responsible for leading all aspects of cleanroom production through management of workload, staff resources, inventory, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.
Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare staff rota
  • Direct cleanroom staff
  • Provide feedback on staff performance
  • Monitor timekeeping and enforce attendance policy
  • Responsible for completion of shift duties
  • Ensure hand over between shifts
  • Line manager to Band 1 and 2 technicians
  • Minimise impact of stock control issues
  • Responsible for Environmental Monitoring completion in a timely manner
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Deliver cleanroom training
  • Support timely non-conformance resolution
  • Complete QA requirements
  • Represent Production Supervisor in their absence


  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Aseptic experience ideal
