  • To manage all aspects of Manual Billings for the UK  - with potential scope for Ireland in the future

  • To support with billing related reporting as appropriate – i.e. Patient Access Schemes, Joint Venture Compounding



  • Generation of manual billings for debits and appropriate related credits for all Business Units in the UK – Renal Therapy Billing, Baxter at Home Nursing, JV Compounding Service charges etc.

  • Liaise with the key information stakeholders to ensure the data obtained for the manual billing is correct and send appropriate back up documentation as required (B@H Nursing)

  • Develop a robust checking process to ensure data accuracy prior to any invoice generation.

  • Ensure that manual billings are completed to a set schedule to ensure finance records are correct and customers can pay in a timely manner

  • Link in with both local Finance and the Business to ensure that they are aware of any credit adjustments which may impact the sales number and gaining approval before acting in the system, e.g. Therapy Billing Credits.

  • Work with customers to resolve any manual billing invoice queries and generate correctional credits where needed.

  • Identify inefficiencies with the current process and look to move all aspects of invoice generation to bulk upload / automated process in JDE.

  • Work with the Partnership and Service Development Manager to define the reimbursement process for PAS and develop a customer database to record activity in this area.

  • Provide support for AS400 and incentives system mapping





Educated to A-level standard


Breadth and Depth of experience:

Experience of administrative business support roles, preferably including using an ERP database management system. 


Experience using Excel to handle data, ideally including use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.  Exposure to Excel VBA and macros desirable.

Field of expertise:

Data entry, management and analysis. Internal liaison with business functions. Customer Service query handling.
