Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As the main point of contact for all aspects of the business in the account, the sales representative will be responsible for performing the complete range of USHP sales duties & account management for specific market segment within an assigned geographic territory. The sales representative will develop a strategy that will result in building market share management of the customer relationship. The sales representative will be responsible for an aggressive metrics driven growth quota, maximizing penetration, building market share & increasing profitability of Medication Delivery products which include solutions, sets, drug delivery nutrition & IV pump products. The complete range of duties include, but are not limited to, achievement of sales/GP budget, contract management, product introduction/detailing, pricing negotiation, problem resolution & product conversions.


Qualifications for this role

  • Exceptional oral & written communication skills & interpersonal skills a must.
  • The ability to work in a matrix managed environment, strong organization, time management & computer skills essential.
  • Must possess strong business acumen, be independently motivated, assertive & goal oriented.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3 yrs sales experience.
  • Medical/inside sales experience, clinical background desired.
