This role is to become part of a team of Technicians where you will provide support for all aspects of the Cleanroom production which includes working with the Isolators which involves drawing the liquid into syringes and into the bags following predetermined information from the IT system, Sanitising and preparation of stock and Labelling bags, visual inspection and dispatch for checking. This role involves working in a demanding but rewarding environment. The job holder will become part of a hard working cohesive team and will work to set targets and training requirements. They need to be able to work with a sense of urgency but must still show incredible attention to detail within the compounding facility.
Labeling all product types according to product specifications
Validate the Aseptic technique
Maintaining set productivity and efficiency
Completing routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing within given timeframes
Selection, preparation and sanitising raw materials
Cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe working environment
Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accuracy of the system inventory.
Skills and Experience
- You will have a scientific background and ideally with a qualification
- Working experience within a cleanroom environment
- You will be able to work to targets and will have ideally done this in a previous role
- You must be able to demonstrate that they can work with a sense of urgency and accuracy
