The job as Field Engineer at Baxter is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in our Technical Service area. You will require working closely with the colleagues in the geographical areas and central office in Medolla. Finally you will report to the TS Supervisor of South Italy.
Role Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for installation, upgrading, corrective and preventive maintenance on monitors in the field in Puglia/Italy area
  • Support the Sales dept providing new Service solutions for customer’s needs.
  • Coordinate in compliance with legislation, internal regulations and QA procedures.
  • Service reports to track the daily activities and care for material stock, spare parts orders and assets management
  • Support the customer directly or via phone for all technical issues on the monitors
  • Analyze the current procurement policies of materials and define future purchasing strategies
Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Service Support for medical equipment
  • High school diploma electronic or electromechanical subject
  • Customer orientation
  • Solid communication, organizational and team building skills
  • Flexibility and proactiveness
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Valid driving license
