As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support EMEA’s Renal Operations Manufacturing Planning and Reporting Team. Your main responsibilities will consist of month-end reporting activities, preparation of templates and coordination of system updates including reconciliation.
You will work with various internal teams located in different regions including Plant and Group Controllers, Finance Operations Director, Purchasing and Supplier Management and Global Manufacturing Finance.
You will gain invaluable experience developing your soft skills like communication and organization, as well as technical expertise in Planning and Reporting Tools (Cognos and Hyperion) and processes.
Support preparation of presentations for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Operating Reviews.
Design and maintain Plant Month-End, Forecast and Budget reporting templates.
Plant data consolidation for Month End, Budget and Forecast.
Perform data integrity checks and initiate necessary actions to close gaps.
Maintain EMEA and Renal Operations Sharepoint site.
Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides and standard operating procedures as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
Key finance competencies and qualifications along with relevant experience in financial planning and reporting.
Proven ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning and Cognos preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
French, German: professional proficiency a plus.
