Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be given the tools and autonomy to succeed in the achievement of sales targets for the most advanced medical devices in the hospital market, such as Baxter’s extended hemodialysis.
We will enable you to identify opportunities in public tenders - concursos de la Administración Pública – and apply sales strategies - venta consultiva - in order to attain sales volume and costumer growth and satisfaction.
Likewise, your knowledge, experience and career progression will be enriched by working closely with Marketing, Market access and other critical departments at Baxter.
Promotion of our current renal products for chronic treatments – extended hemodialysis.
Preparation, implementation and review of targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by Baxter.
Support each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for Baxter.
Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of Baxter product portfolio and its benefits.
Continuously assess the market for new customers / opportunities / risks for Baxter products, and also maintain presence in all existing & target customers.
Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management / Marketing.

Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in similar role within Healthcare Industry / Hospital environment / medical sales, ideally in a consultative sales context within public competitions.
Ability to apply scientific/clinical knowledge to support the customer whilst developing a commercial relationship.
Negotiation and selling skills with good knowledge about the business and the different stakeholders involved in the selling process.
Results oriented with business acumen and excellent analytical skills.
Enthusiast with solid communication and team building skills.
Fluent in English.
Technical academic background in a relevant subject for this role (engineering, healthcare).
