In your role as a Technical Services Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Technical Support Team and coordination workflow between different teams.
Working with Baxter's internal systems you will schedule workshop repairs so that Baxter’s service response commitments are met.
Process Customer & FSE part orders for equipment repairs and spare parts orders.
Issue customer quotations.
Issue invoices and credit notes for parts and services completed/supplied.
Open/Close Service Requests for field engineers.
Ensure that service reports are properly logged in the reporting system.
Maintain the quality systems and procedures as required.
Schedule calls from customers to Baxter Engineers.
Admin roles including, coordinating with engineers to schedule the collection of water samples from patients houses, receiving results from laboratory, process service reports from engineers, monthly reports sent to Renal centres.
- Strong relevant administration experience.
- Experience working with data management systems, invoicing and credits.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Some experience with the systems used (JD Edwards, GSP, Target II) a plus.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
