As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining products supplied by Baxter within your geographical area of responsibility. This is a 12 month contract.
Ensure that all activities are performed following the available instructions and information within the quality system framework.
Report all relevant service activity to maintain updated and accurate service data in the service system.
Provide technical support for in-bound calls from customers and patients.
Participate in 24 hour on-call.
Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP ) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) where applicable.
Compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Degree/Diploma in engineering-related discipline.
Relevant experience in the industry.
Proven experience in a customer focused role.
Ability to work in a team based environment as well as independently.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
