The Role
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining products supplied by Baxter within your geographical area of responsibility. This is a 12 month contract.
  • Ensure that all activities are performed following the available instructions and information within the quality system framework.
  • Report all relevant service activity to maintain updated and accurate service data in the service system.
  • Provide technical support for in-bound calls from customers and patients.
  • Participate in 24 hour on-call.
  • Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP ) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) where applicable.
  • Compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.


  • Degree/Diploma in engineering-related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in a customer focused role.
  • Ability to work in a team based environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
