Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Meetings planning and organizing, providing administrative support to General Manager and Senior Management Team
Travel coordination of General Manager and if requested to the Leadership staff.
Office coordination activities - office supplies ordering, facility management, responsibility for reception desk management, courier services, leasing and rentals, responsible for the good order and maintenance of Baxter standard of the premises.
Responsibility for one direct report - receptionist, working together as one team
PowerPoint presentations preparation
Internal events (Sales meetings, Distributor meetings) organization
- Previous executive assistant experience required, minimum 5 years
- Czech native speaker as preference fluent English as must and preferable other languages.
- Advanced user of PPT, XLS, Outlook, Windows 10.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
- Baxter ambassador qualities (representation of the company and values)
