Description

  • Meetings planning and organizing, providing administrative support to General Manager and Senior Management Team
  • Travel coordination of General Manager and if requested to the Leadership staff.
  • Office coordination activities - office supplies ordering, facility management, responsibility for reception desk management, courier services, leasing and rentals, responsible for the good order and maintenance of Baxter standard of the premises.  
  • Responsibility for one direct report - receptionist, working together as one team
  • PowerPoint presentations preparation
  • Reports preparation
  • Internal events (Sales meetings, Distributor meetings) organization
  •  
  • Qualifications

    - Previous executive assistant experience required, minimum 5 years

    - Czech native speaker as preference fluent English as must and preferable other languages.

    - Advanced user of PPT, XLS, Outlook, Windows 10.

    - Excellent organizational skills

    - Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills

    - Baxter ambassador qualities (representation of the company and values)
