The Customer Carer is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers and is responsible for providing a prompt and consistently excellent service level across all business units. The Customer Carer will ensure that all administrative tasks linked to field based technical service activity are maintained as per the required processes.
Respond and filter incoming communications
Plan service activities with available system tools
Manage device orders and shipping
Respond to information enquiries
Link customers to available technical specialist as required
Ensure systems and database information is kept up to date
Update patient treatment changes and contact patients for machine details and collections
Manage device loan pools to maintain device availability as per business needs
Skills and Experience
- Experience in working to accordance to strict procedures in a highly regulated environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Capable of using in-house database and training systems
- Exceptional customer service experience
