The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting Baxter’s partners in hospitals with their orders and ensuring they have the right amount of product according to their needs while providing unparalleled customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and current customer information including current contract prices in the relevant order entry systems.
  • Process orders through the order entry systems promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise with the transport department to arrange deliveries and advise customers accordingly.
  • Monitor any back orders as they arise, and ensure that the customer is advised of the status of unfilled orders.
  • Respond promptly to all queries from customers and colleagues related to the product or service.
  • Working with all internal departments to ensure that the highest quality service is delivered to customers.
  • Log complaints in a central database and where appropriate take responsibility for ensuring that complaints are addressed and resolved.
  • Develop a high-level knowledge about Baxter therapies and products.


  • Extensive, proven experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Experience working in a team based environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
