  1. Identify and develop tactical program and product solutions to meet customer needs
  2. Develop and implement various marketing plans, including creation of product information & promotional materials, organize marketing, and product promotional / launching activities
  3. Support Marketing Manager or Sr. Product Manager to develop and implement product portfolio plans, including segment targeted market, product differentiation, competitive analysis and sales support
  4. Conduct market survey and research through field visit, interview, focus group, KOL interaction to understand, anticipate and shape customer needs
  5. Work closely with sales team to execute product promotion and deliver various  programs and campaigns
  6. Maximize product portfolio value and competitive differentiation.
  7. Develop and maintain relationship with KOLs


  1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in pharmacy or biology will be preferred
  2. At least 5 years of marketing and product management experience in China healthcare industry preferably with a MNC company. Sales experience is an advantage;
  3. Excel in various marketing tools, skillsets eg. marketing research, data mining and analysis
  4. Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions, set strategies and direction but also strong in execution
  5. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  6. Highly passionate, energetic, self-motivated and results oriented
  7. Creative problem solver who not only can identify issues but also presents solutions to the management and the team;
  8. Be able to work independently with lots of initiative to drive the business but also able to provide feedback to the management on the outcome or results;
  9. Excellent English skill in speaking and writing.
