What You’ll Be Doing
It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
Perform and handling the QA activities (QMS) for General office and Technical Service Center, include but not limited to: Product Release, Product Return/ inspection, Product Recall and managing Relabeling for all products, 3rd party warehouse management, FCA, COI (certificate of implementation), NCR/ CAPA, change control to ensure the compliance of GMP, GDP standard, Baxter corporate requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
Internal/ External audit management
GDP certificate follow up/ maintenance
Supplier qualification process, participant supplier audit, manage supplier re-evaluation
Follow Baxter and Taiwan local requirements to take/solve/track customer complaints effectively and maintain customer satisfaction
Ensure all necessary local Quality SOPs are in place, reviewed or updated periodically, act as 1Qys rep. for Taiwan
Document control/ management
Conduct quality training to relevant colleagues
Handle ad hoc projects including TW/ HK as assigned by Quality Manager
Back up each other for TW/ HK QA team
